With presence awareness of Office Communicator 2007, you can quickly find the people you need and determine the best way to reach them. All users' presence state (availability) is set automatically based on their Outlook calendar, computer activity, and (optionally) whether the user is on a call. You can choose to set your presence state manually, add a custom note, and customize your current location. The access level functionality lets you control the information that others see, such as your mobile phone number or Outlook calendar information.
